Some banks or credit card providers may apply foreign transaction fees, exchange rate adjustments, or processing charges, especially for international payments.
These fees are not controlled by us and are charged directly by your bank.
📦 2. IQ Booster Subscription Activation
If you accepted the optional IQ Booster plan offer after your test, a subscription may have been activated. This plan includes brain training and extended features
The IQ Booster offer is clearly shown during the IQ Test checkout stage.
Activation only happens if the customer confirms the offer.
Pricing details are always provided before payment is processed.

It’s possible that you:
Purchased more than one product, such as an IQ Test certificate/IQ Test Report
Used the platform more than once, resulting in separate charges.
