General Refund Policy
Under our Terms of Use, purchases made via our website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise specified herein or required by applicable law. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to a personalized digital service, which is considered "used" once accessed, even partially.
🌏 Country-Specific Refund Policies
Japan
In line with the Consumer Contract Act, customers in Japan are eligible for a full refund within 8 days of purchase only if the service has not been accessed.
- If you accessed the service, or if 8 days have passed, a refund is not possible.
- The right of cancellation is void once the product is used, as the service is classified as a digital product delivered immediately.
South Korea
According to the Korean Electronic Commerce Act, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the service has not been used.
- If you accessed IQ Booster, this counts as “use” and the subscription becomes non-refundable.
- Automatic renewal and cancellation terms are disclosed during checkout.
European Union
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal only if the digital service has not been accessed.
- Once IQ Booster is accessed, your right to a refund is waived.
Refund Exceptions
We may issue a one-time courtesy refund in limited cases, such as:
- Duplicate charges caused by technical errors.
- Demonstrable inability to access the service due to a system issue on our side.
All exceptions are reviewed manually. Supporting evidence may be required.
Important:
Refunds apply only to the original purchase amount charged by us. We do not refund third-party fees, such as those from banks or payment providers for currency exchange or international transaction processing.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact our support team at info@iqbooster.org or use the "Submit Request" form on the Help Center page.
Include this info in your email:
- The email address used to register on the WW IQ Test website
- Full Name
- Payment date and amount
- The last 4 digits of your card or PayPal username, depending on the payment method you used.
- Description of your issue and reason for the refund.
🔄 Canceling Future Renewals
Please note that subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled, and cancellation only affects future billing cycles.
To stop future charges, you must cancel your subscription in your account settings. Cancellation prevents renewal but does not trigger a refund automatically.
