After completing your IQ test, your certificate and performance report are automatically sent to the email address you provided during registration. If you haven’t seen it yet or want to access it again, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Check your email inbox
📩 Your results are sent from results@wwiqtest.com within a few minutes of completing your test.
🔍 Tip: The subject line typically includes “Final IQ Test results.” Try searching your inbox using keywords like "Performance Report" or "Certificate."
Step 2: Check your spam or promotions folder
Sometimes, automated emails are filtered incorrectly:
- Gmail users: Check your Spam and Promotions tabs.

Other providers (Yahoo, Outlook, etc.): Look in Junk Mail, Other, or Bulk folders.
✅ Once located, mark the message as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails reach your inbox directly.
Step 3: Still can’t find it?
If your certificate hasn’t arrived or was sent to an incorrect email address:
📧 Contact our support team at: info@wwiqtest.com or via the request form on the Help Center page
Include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- The email address that you registered on our website
- The last 4 digits of your payment card or PayPal username, depending on the payment method you used.
- The approximate date and time you took the test
Our team will verify your information and resend your certificate and report.
Optional: Request a resend
If you deleted the email by mistake or can’t find it anymore, don’t worry—just contact us and we’ll gladly resend your results.
